First Impression Signs and Graphics is looking for an energetic, creative person with sign industry experience to join our team. Our ideal candidate should enjoy working creating and installing signs that are both functional and eye-catching. The Sign Maker is a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence. The Sign Maker is also detail oriented, works well in a fast-paced team environment and able to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Sign Maker is self-confident and is not afraid to show their professional ability, creative genius and have fun!

Qualifications:

· Ability to fabricate unique and compelling signs

· Understand sign fabrication methods and determine how signs are to be built

· Track record of efficiently managing fabrication, and installation time

· Broad knowledge of sign materials and substrates

· Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with CNC router experience

· Extremely detail-oriented; multitasker

· Professional, patient and polished communicator with customers and coworkers

· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with coworkers, customers and subcontractors

· Must be able to lift 25 pounds

Additional preferred qualifications

· sign industry experience

· Strong computer and file management skills including Adobe Illustrator and VCarve
