Image360 Winston-Salem North is looking for a skilled, hands-on Production Specialist / Sign Installer to join our growing team. As a Production Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing clients’ brands to life through fabrication, printing, and installation of professional signage. Responsibilities: Printing & Production • Operate and maintain large-format printers to produce high-quality signs and graphics. • Prepare and optimize artwork files for printing to ensure accurate colors, scaling, and alignment. • Monitor printer performance and adjust settings for optimal quality and efficiency. • Troubleshoot minor equipment or software issues when needed. Laminating & Finishing • Laminate printed graphics with smooth, bubble-free application. • Apply protective finishes to improve durability and weather resistance. • Perform quality checks to ensure every product meets company and client standards. Sign Fabrication & Assembly • Build and assemble signs using materials such as aluminum, acrylic, vinyl, wood, and other substrates. • Safely operate power tools and fabrication equipment for cutting, drilling, and shaping. • Apply vinyl graphics and lettering with precise alignment and a professional finish. Installation & Field Work • Install signs and graphics at customer locations, including storefronts, walls, vehicles, and more. • Ensure proper placement, alignment, and secure mounting. • Follow safety procedures when working with ladders, lifts, or elevated installations. • Represent the company professionally when working on client sites. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus). • Experience in sign production, installation, or a related trade preferred. • Familiarity with large-format printers, plotters, laminators, and fabrication tools. • Knowledge of sign materials, vinyl graphics, adhesives, and substrates. • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Onyx RIP is helpful but not required. • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently. • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors when needed. Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
