FASTSIGNS #292901 is hiring for a full-time Sign Production Technician to join our team!

The Production/Sign Fabrication Technician supports the Senior Production Specialist by handling day-to-day production tasks, learning shop processes, and assisting with installations. This role is designed for someone eager to grow — starting with core production tasks and developing into more advanced skills over time.

Typical Tasks

Operate trimmer, and weeding/masking for vinyl and print graphics. 

Prep substrates, mount prints, and stage jobs for production. 

Assist with installations (training provided) under supervision of lead installer. 

Maintain organization of tools, materials, and production space. 

Follow shop procedures and use workflow software (CoreBridge) to track tasks. 

Support production team by stepping in where needed to keep jobs moving.

What We’re Looking For  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  Reliability — show up on time, follow through, and communicate clearly.  Mechanical aptitude or prior hands-on experience (signs, printing, trades, or related fields a plus).  Willingness to learn and grow into expanded responsibilities (installs, equipment use, etc.).
