A Successful FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist Will:

Produce a wide variety of signs and graphics while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Operate large format printers, laminators, vinyl cutters, and other production equipment.

Read and interpret work orders to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Weed, laminate, trim, and finish graphics using proper production techniques.

Apply graphics to a variety of substrates, including acrylic, aluminum, PVC, glass, walls, and vehicles.

Assist with sign fabrication and installation both in the shop and at customer locations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment while properly caring for equipment.

Work efficiently with the sales and design teams to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist:

1-2 years of experience in sign production preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more)

Ability to lift 50 or more pounds

Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate

Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work

Ability to use light power equipment
