What you'll do:
Peel protective paper and prep signs for painting
Assemble applique letters onto materials
Help pack and stage orders for shipping
Read job tickets and follow instructions carefully
Keep your work area clean and organized
What we're looking for:
Good with your hands and attention to detail
Able to read paperwork and follow directions
Reliable, on time, and willing to learn
Comfortable being on your feet all day
Experience not required — shop, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus.
Stable work, clear expectations, and room to grow.
