Job Summary

Lincoln Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic private practice in Lincoln, California. This position is open to full-time or part-time candidates, with up to 40 hours per week available for full-time clinicians.

We are seeking a personable Physical Therapist with strong communication skills who is passionate about patient-centered care. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive structured mentorship and support.

Position Details

• Location: Lincoln, CA

• Full-Time Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

• Part-Time Requirement: Minimum of 16 hours over 2 weekdays

Caseload & Patient Population

• General outpatient orthopedic caseload

• Patients of all ages

• Emphasis on individualized, high-quality care

• Manual therapy integrated into patient treatment plans

• Opportunities to develop a clinical specialty or pursue certifications

• Clinicians interested in future clinic ownership are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of $120,000 per year for full-time (based on experience)

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time Physical Therapists

Job Requirements

• Eligible for California Physical Therapist licensure
