Required Design Skills

· Able to create client proofs, original designs and visual materials

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

· Able to prepare and preflight files for production

· Windows OS, Outlook, MS Office

· Able to convert basic design ideas into precisely documented proofs

Required Personal Skills

· Detail-oriented and highly organized

· Honest, reliable and timely

· Able to work in fast paced environment, where multi-tasking skills are critical

· Willingness to actively collaborate, take direction, communicate with project managers and production team

· Creative outside the box thinking, eager to learn

· Team player, but must also be self-motivated and work independently at times

Desired Additional Skills

· Technical design experience or willingness to learn and be consistently proficient

· Experience designing vehicle wraps, monuments, wayfinding signage, ADA packages, tradeshow displays, etc.

· 3D design software (Aspire, Sketchup, Fusion 360)

· Sign manufacturing knowledge including materials and processes

· Familiarity with wide format printing – HP, RIP software (Onyx/Versaworks)
