    Key Responsibilities:

    Fabricate metal and wood sign cabinets and components according to precise dimensional drawings.

    Work with aluminum and steel, demonstrating abilities in both TIG and MIG welding.

    Proficiently use power tools such as table saws, miter saws, routers, shapers, planers, and band saws.

    Install, connect, and test low-voltage wiring, lighting, and controls.

    Responsible for installing the fabricated products as needed.

    Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear as required on job sites.

    Utilize technology for project status tracking, familiar with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.

    Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Fabrication experience required (ask us if your experience qualifies!)

    Ability to perform repetitive actions using various body parts.

    Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs.

    Comfortable working in a workshop environment, handling tasks that require precision and attention to detail.

    Basic technology skills – familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.

    Requirements:

    High school graduate or equivalent.

    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Ability to pass a drug screen on day 1.

    Background screening.

    Ideal Candidates will also Possess:

    Experience with HVLP paint tools and techniques.

    Extreme reliability and consistency.

    Prior experience in a similar fabrication role.

    OSHA 10 Certification is a plus.
