TITLE: Payroll Account Representative
REPORTS TO: Manager of Payroll
LOCATION: Omaha, NE
OFFICE HOURS: Monday- Friday, 8AM-5PM

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You will be a Payroll Account Representative that will manage multiple Franchise Owner payroll accounts. This role includes but is not limited to:
- Process payroll for Individually owned and operated Franchise Owners
- Working within our ADP payroll system as it pertains to processing payroll, updating taxes, garnishments etc.
- Training and working with Franchise Owners on our proprietary timekeeping software system as well as importing data into ADP Payroll Software
- Provide training and resources to Franchise Owners on payroll processes and procedures
- Perform Franchise Owner Payroll Audits
- Creating reports for Franchise Owners and Management
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Attention to Detail/Accuracy is a must
- Must have experience in payroll processing (Experience in ADP preferred but not required)
- Basic Payroll/Multi-State tax knowledge preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office (must have Excel knowledge)
- Ability to perform in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to pull, analyze and organize payroll data

ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal office environment. Occasional overtime may be required and/or hours may be shortened as business needs dictate.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment. Manual dexterity needed for using a calculator and computer keyboard.
