Job Description

We are in search of a dynamic, hardworking individual to join our Business Development team as a Marketing & Events Intern. This role requires extraordinary time management skills, a positive and energetic personality, and the ability to pick up quickly.

This position will collaborate with our Marketing team to plan, prepare, market, and implement three upcoming events: a virtual user summit in 2017, a user retreat in Spring 2018, and Signal Vine’s first user conference in Fall 2018. The Marketing & Events Intern will also assist with daily internal and external marketing tasks.

You’ll gain broad experience in a fast-paced startup environment and have the opportunity to make key contributions to our event efforts.

Your specific responsibilities will include …

• supporting the Marketing team in daily activities

• assisting in the planning of Signal Vine’s 2018 user conference by researching venues, designing and ordering marketing materials, developing a social media marketing strategy, and more

• leading the planning of Signal Vine’s user group retreat for power-customers in the DMV-area

• assisting with content and digital promotions for virtual user summit

• assisting in the preparation of other customer-facing events, including webinars, user retreats, and happy hours
