We are currently located in the North Houston area. Signature Career Services is certified to assist with career placement, by providing on the job training skills and resources. JOB COACH EXPECTATIONS:
Must be punctual
Implement Goals
Supervise clients at all times
Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients
Provide weekly feedback of client progress
Provide assistance and guidance to clients who need help with their everyday work activities or new tasks
REQUIRED:
Completion of UNTWISE Texas Job Skills Online Training Course
A high school diploma or GED
It is preferred, but not required, that the job skills trainer have:
A varied and successful work history
Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
