Responsibilities: Leadership: • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team. • Hold team members accountable for achieving team goals. • Develop team meeting agendas and facilitate meetings. • Assist in day-to-day office duties. Human Resources: • Oversee employee hiring and the hiring process. • Supervise employee training programs. • Manage onboarding for agents and employees. • Create and maintain an operations manual documenting systems and standards. Culture: • Foster a positive and energetic team environment. • Celebrate team accomplishments, birthdays, and anniversaries. • Plan and organize team outings and events. • Provide superior customer service to agents and clients. Financial: • Manage the payment of bills. • Track and record all team expenses and income. Marketing: • Manage and update team social media accounts. • Design and order business cards, signs, and riders for properties. • Create and distribute flyers and monthly newsletters. • Develop and execute targeted mailings for property listings. • Plan and execute listing marketing plans and yearly client events. • Maintain brand consistency. Operations: • Develop and manage systems for transaction coordination. • Facilitate effective internal and client communication. • Oversee information systems and central database management. Qualifications: Experience:. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in real estate. • Proven experience in leadership roles Skills: • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Superior communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate-related systems. • Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting. • Experience in social media management and marketing. • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation and manuals.
