The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management. In addition to marketing, brand, and social media-related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral, organic lead generation, and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Responsibilities: • Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current • Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message • Manage and oversee our 3rd party marketing agency for TV, SM, Radio, etc. • Generate lists for direct mail and other marketing • Search for and purchase targeted AI lists • Maximize our data aggregator software to find qualified leads and market to them • Research new areas for expansion • Build marketing systems • Schedule and set up regular digital and/or texting networks • Manage social media postings to generate general interest and create organic leads. • Create videos to drive awareness and leads.  Qualifications: • Develop new concepts based on input • Comfortable with outward network marketing • Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills • Minimum 4 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment • Team player • B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors • Able to handle a variety of activities. Results need to be produced in the short term.  • The position requires a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and competitive drive to get things done by influencing others, developing contacts, and building relationships. • The position requires social poise, warmth, and friendliness, as well as the ability to stimulate and motivate others in order to achieve the results necessary for success.   Compensation: $65,000+ per year (salary and bonus)
