Our Transaction Manager is responsible for coordinating, negotiating, and providing excellent service to all clients, agents, and third parties involved in the home buying and selling process. The Transaction Manager supports our team of agents by maintaining deadlines, answering client questions, scheduling events, and managing the escrow process. The Transaction Coordinator an individual who is outgoing, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. He/She will manage the entire home buying and selling process efficiently and effectively to ensure all transactions close on time, with little or no hassle to clients and third parties. This individual must provide exceptional customer service and be a problem solver. What you will do: Responsible for providing fiduciary service to all sellers and buyer transaction from the time they list the home through closing. Act as liaison between vendors, sellers, and agents to effectively prepare, process, and list homes for sale. Input and maintain listings in MLS, Zillow, and all other applicable real estate sites. Responsible for producing listing marketing materials for listings. Prepare and send mailings, deliver fliers and other materials to client's homes and offices Responsible for keeping the Listing Specialist updated on the progress of all seller contracts and advising when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution. Update and maintain listing materials and prepare pre-listing presentations. Analyze local markets and prepare Comparative Market Analyses. Coordinate staging, repairs, and home improvements required for showing the property Coordinates inspection, title, loan and appraisal process of the transaction. Negotiates all contract objections and resolutions with the client, agents, and all other applicable parties. Coordinates and is responsible for all closing activities and post-closing duties for all buyer and seller transactions. Effectively communicates and regularly updates clients, agents, service providers and all applicable parties throughout the entire process. Assures that all files are compliant and properly filed with internal and brokerage systems within designated timeline.
