We provide valet parking services to hotels, hospitals, corporate businesses, and special events in multiple markets throughout California.     JOB SUMMARY

    WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING VALET PARKING ATTENDANTS FOR IMMEDIATE OPENINGS AT OUR PREMIER RESTAURANTS, HOSPITALS, EVENTS AND CORPORATE SITES THROUGHOUT PALO ALTO AND MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA.

    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    • You create relationships with every guest, personalize their experience with your natural and authentic personality and you go above and beyond to exceed their expectations
    • You are constantly on the lookout for ways to Wow our guests by anticipating their needs and delivering proactive service
    • You proactively greet and assist each guest with a warm smile and friendly welcome
    • You meet and exceed all of the service standards outlined by the company
    • You park and retrieve guest vehicles, and assist guests with loading or unloading of personal items
    • You follow established systems, procedures and policies to ensure a safe and secure work environment and an organized and efficient workplace
    • You maintain a clean, spotless work area and take pride in your work place
    • You are precise in handling any parking fee transactions and ensuring all revenue is properly accounted for
    • You consider yourself very responsible and dependable and have a solid track record of attendance at previous jobs
    • You take pride in your driving abilities and consider yourself a good or great driver. You don't speed and you are very cautious by default, especially with other people's property and vehicles.
    • You perform well under pressure and you don't get overwhelmed easily
    • You are a great communicator and have the ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
    • You consider yourself a team player and you are open to meeting new people and working as a team to accomplish a common goal.

    YOU ARE

    • You consider yourself very responsible and dependable and have a solid track record of attendance at previous jobs

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Ability to operate manual transmission is high desirable
    • For insurance purposes must be at least 19 years of age and must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen
    • Clean cut and professional appearance
    • Have a valid California Driver License with proof of insurance, good driving record (no more than 2 points) and no DUI history

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
    • Regularly required to run; walk; and stand sometimes for extended periods of time; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch.
    • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
    • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally. Must be able to push and pull 75 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.
