    Job Description

    We are looking for a qualified Sales Support Representative to join our Team. You will be responsible for providing support to all clients on items such as orders, questions/inquiries and cancellations, product offerings, and general policies and procedures of the Company. Our ideal candidate should be knowledgeable on company product, services, as well as being familiar with key internal personnel. You should be able to act as the liaison between clients and Signature Party Rentals.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Become familiar with all aspects of Signature Party Rentals sales & operations processes and procedures and actively ask questions to ensure complete understanding of them.
    • Answering incoming calls and emails from clients in a timely and professional manner.
    • Establish themselves as a website representative for the Company and will be a key contributor for growth of the Company’s ECOMM platform.
    • Learn all Inventory categories and become a subject matter expert in Signature’s product assortment.
    • Possess professional phone and email etiquette and answer incoming calls and emails from clients in a timely and professional manner.
    • Knowledgeably answer questions related to product and service, and issue quotes in a timely manner.
    • Ability to multitask by taking showroom appointments, converting phone & web leads, and supporting Event Consultants.
    • Strong customer service and presentations skills to be utilized for customer walk-ins and showroom appointments.
    • Ensure timely processing of all payment confirmations and answer any general questions regarding billing.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Detail Oriented with an ability to effectively communicate with both internal & external clients in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Proficiency in using various systems including Microsoft Word & Excel, phones, printers, and copiers.
    • Ability to enter data in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Ability to successfully communicate with all types of client profiles and personalities.
    • Ability to work positively on a team in an office environment.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION (OR SUBSTITUTE EXPERIENCE) REQUIRED:

    • High School Degree or equivalent preferred.

    1 years of Party Rental or Hospitality Industry experience is preferred
