Job Description

We are hiring for a Logistics Specialist/Account Specialist with 3PL experience;

Responsible for the overall workflow of warehouse order processing and procedures, ensuring Trading Partners accounts are handled effectively as it relates to capturing orders via WMS and making sure orders ship timely via carrier routing portals. Includes the processing flow for daily orders, communication of work instructions to the tea, providing problem solving support and resolutions, warehouse data entry and invoicing.

• Assist manager in daily order flow
• Relays work instructions to the floor
• Processes and complete all assigned work
• Help associates with problem resolutions pertaining to orders
• Understanding and compliant of Trading Partner routing guides
• A-Z outbound order processing
• Scheduling pickups for outbound orders via carrier portals & e-mail
• Label creation & BOL's
• Trading Partner timely invoicing via WMS
• BIG Box retailer experience in routing ad compliance
• Ability to use and understand software applications
• Experience in MS Office Excel, Word and Internet Explorer
• High School Diploma or equivalent
