    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    1. Sales - Conduct client intake

    2. Represent Closed Clients for Estate Planning

    3. Prepare estate planning documents

    4. Prepare transfer documents

    5. Execute Estate Plans in coordination with SWL Team

    Qualifications and Skills

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Virginia Bar – Admitted or Pending

    Required Competencies

    · Strong Ability to create, manage, and format Word Documents, Excel Spreadsheets, and Adobe PDF files

    · Strong Ability to review documents for typographical errors and inconsistencies

    · Ability to scan and manage electronic files in Dropbox

    · Ability to make complicated concepts sounds simple
