Fast-growing visual communications company seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Monday – Friday

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

What You’ll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, email, and phone customers

Guide customers through consultative sales conversations (not just order-taking)

Create estimates, manage orders, and follow projects from start to finish

Collaborate with production and management teams to deliver high-quality results

Identify opportunities to upsell and grow accounts

Maintain strong communication and ensure an excellent customer experience

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience

Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once

Positive, professional, and customer-first attitude

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
