    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Silent Falcon is searching for a new Sales Support Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you will be supporting our sales department with administrative and documentation for our customer base at both a local and national level, contributing to our rapid growth.

    The role of a Sales Support Associate is to support our sales department with administrative functions as well as putting together documents, contracts, and proposals. With our sales department being the first step for the client, it is heavily interlocked with various departments and requires flexible skillsets and creative problem-solving. You will gain more knowledge about our clients in the Aerospace, Aviation, Military, Government, and other applicable industries.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong service background, attention to detail, a high capability with and understanding of technology, amazing organizational skills, and a willingness to be part of a team.     TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·       Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts to aid in selling company products, programs, and services to current and potential customers in a professional manner

    ·       Research that supports the team, such as performing Internet searches for potential clients and gathering information that could be useful to the sales team when pitching a product or service

    ·       Assist sales department with marketing, advertising and technology need related to company resources on request

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES

    ·       Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.

    ·       2-3 years sales or sales support experience, ideally within our industries

    ·       Knowledge of relevant sales software and technology (salesforce)

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    ·       Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

    ·       Strong sense of ethics and business acumen

    ·       Excellent problem-solving skills

    ·       Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts

    ·       Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs

    ·       Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

    ·       Ability to travel

    THE LOCATION

    Silent Falcon is located in Front Royal, VA, and Albuquerque, NM. While both locations are great places to live, you can work remotely within the continental United States. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
