Silent Guard is a Leading Full Service Fire Protection & Alarm Company who serves Southern California communities. We are looking to expand and are currently in search of highly talented individuals to join our team.

We are seeking a Fire Life Safety Account Manager for commercial properties. Our company is C10 & C16 licensed and located in the Los Angeles area close to Torrance. We are rapidly growing and specialize mainly in testing, repairs and service of all fire protection systems including Fire Alarms, CCTV, Telephone Entry, Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Fire Doors, Fire Pump, Generators and Fire Monitoring Systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Send proposals to customers for fire system testing.
• Review reports submitted by Fire System Testers and send proposals to customer for repairs.
• Take service calls from customers, review findings from Technicians and explain to customer what repairs are remaining.
• Represent Silent Guard Building Safety Solutions, Inc. and our manufacturer partners products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the customer’s needs.
• Build strong relationships through direct contact with customers taking care of their fire protection needs.
• Serve as main point of contact for customer network.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a minimum of five year’s experience in the fire protection industry.
• Valid driving license and clean driving record.
• Personal integrity, follow through and ability to listen to the customer.
• Must be very detailed oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree desired, with accumulated years of experience taken into consideration.
• Proven success rate at levels above peers
• Technical skills
• Familiarity with the Fire Protection and associated products

We are rapidly growing and specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Telephone Entry, Automatic Fire Sprinklers, and Fire Monitoring Systems.
