    Job Description

    ** Summary of Position**

    As a Maintenance Process Improvement Intern, you are responsible for the creation of Word and Power Point documentation that will be used for training purposes. From start to finish, approval process through our DCN.

    ** Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

    • Collaborate with maintenance technicians so you can shadow specific tasks.
    • Take notes on key points as indicated by maintenance technicians.
    • Take pictures and videos of tasks being performed by maintenance technicians.
    • Create step by step instructions using key notes and pictures, using Word or Power Point.
    • Work with a team for final approval through our DCN process.
    • Track progress on all documents
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** Skills**

    • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
    • Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Ability to take videos and edit clips to be transferred to documents.
    • Attention to detail is a must.

    ** Traits** ****

    • Interest in maintenance, documentation creation,
    • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
    • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
    • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities

    ** Education and/or Experience** ****

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.

    Additional Information

    • Compensation: $20/Hour
