Initial remuneration is $25.15/hour - $29.06/hour
Guaranteed 8 hours of overtime every 2 weeks. Only work half of the year.
What we provide:
Commencing salary is $25.15/hour - $29.06/hour + shift differential
Work only 84 hours every fortnight but get paid for 76 hours of regular work and 8 hours of guaranteed overtime

Your work schedule:
Fixed schedule: will NOTrotate between days and nights
Training on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM; after completion of training, you will work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Work on a 2-2-3 schedule: Work for 2 days, then have 2 rest days, followed by 3 days of work, and get every alternate weekend off
Your responsibilities:
Aid in the installation, launch, and certification of our latest can-making machines
Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems
Utilize precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .00010
Collaborate with management to enhance work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity
Your qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Strong mechanical knowledge
An inclination to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
