We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our SBR team! You will perform activities in sales, marketing, relentless cold calling recruiting new hires in the construction business. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales, Marketing, recruit and interview potential candidates
• Implement company culture, values, and policies
• Cold Call, and strong sourcing skills with revenue-producing activities
• Coordinate events focused on new client acquisition
• Accurately maintain candidate ATS
• Develop an eMarketing strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in cold calling, sales, marketing, recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting ATS
• Ability to build rapport with an Eskimo
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
