A LEADING BEAUTY COMPANY IN WEST HOLLYWOOD THAT'S GROWING AT 30% PER YEAR is seeking to hire a motivated Marketing Manager. So, if you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk! you will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels and help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take over admin of all social media and relevant support software, Sprout Social, Canva.
• Take over our Metric Theory marketing account, create digital ads, vet text ad copy as needed
• Create marketing content for social, print, digital as needed. Will need photoshop and illustrator experience to do this
• Administer and respond to our website analytics to suggest changes, modify content as needed to maintain them at a certain level
• Create email marketing campaigns for QVC shows, sales, and create required templates in Klaviyo to market to standard site segments like cart abandon, browse abandon, lapsed customers, etc.
• Understand basic SEO principles and how to implement them
• Create art for and manage our billboards
• Stay on top of and aware of emerging trends in social, digital marketing, technology, look for new revenue streams regularly.
