Boutique law firm located in San Francisco, CA. We're interested in bringing on a paid intern to help us out on an ongoing basis. The internship is a part-time 16 - 20 hours a week program. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience with: Accounting: - Process and analyze expense reports - Track expense spend - File completed expense reports in the appropriate folders - Assist in ad hoc reports as needed - File vendor invoices, maintain and update files, databases, records and other documents - Provide office support and office administrative tasks as needed The program has you working closely with the accounting staff and communicate effectively with all team members of the firm through written email and zoom calls. This is a hybrid part-time internship, requiring 16-20 hours a week. We will meet in person once a week in the office to start and during the training process, with other days would be remote. Qualifications: - Accounting Major (Preferred), College Sophomores, Juniors preferred - Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen or Work Permit with SSN - Must have taken at least two accounting class prior to applying - Individual must possess strong, comprehensive PC Skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel (intermediate), Outlook, PDF programs such as Nitro or Adobe) - Ability to work independently and part of a team, be proactive, solve problems, and learn new skills - Meticulous attention to detail - Have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Sense of humor and an energetic personality
