RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT AREN'T LIMITED TO:
- Keep email correspondence
- Manage records and information
- Prioritize and maintain scheduled tasks
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Perform all other office tasks as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A/P - A/R
- Logistics, Shipping
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excel experience helpful
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
