Job Summary We are seeking a talented and creative Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various design disciplines and a passion for producing high-quality printed materials. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for executing print designs on various substrates, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality and creativity.

Responsibilities

Prepare screens and mix inks for the printing process

Operate screen printing equipment and machinery

Ensure accurate registration and alignment of designs

Monitor print quality and make adjustments as necessary

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area

Collaborate with the design team to develop new prints and concepts

Follow production schedules and meet deadlines

Inspect finished products for quality assurance

Skills

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

Proficiency in digital design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop

Strong understanding of typography and layout principles

Experience with screen printing techniques and equipment

Knowledge of art direction and graphic design principles

Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality prints

Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
