POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting supervisor and co-workers perform a variety of tasks associated with the production and manufacture of specialty hot dogs.

MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform all jobs in a manner that assures maximum possible personal safety, food safety and product quality.
• Tasks include product peeling, grading, packaging, palletizing, and transporting product to cooler.
• Perform all tasks which require the ability to complete and accurately evaluate paperwork.
• Perform tasks including evaluating product against performance and quality specifications.
• Must be able to work in extreme hot and cold conditions, within high noise areas.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

High school, GED or equivalent preferred

Meat experience and background preferred

INTERNAL CANDIDATES HIGHLY PREFERRED
