    Job Summary:

    We are SilverAssist, a company that connects seniors and their families to the best resources, services and communities as they navigate their senior years. Our Elderlife Financial business unit is seeking to hire a compassionate, experienced Processing Associate to grow our team and the company as a whole.

    The ideal candidate will have experience within a financial institution, be able to maintain confidential information and possess strong organizational skills necessary to effectively manage time and resources. Elderlife offers an environment that allows you to work independently but also function as a team player through mutual cooperation with co-workers, vendors, and partnered associates in a friendly and professional manner.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Work closely in a team environment to complete shared tasks
    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with accuracy, patience and satisfactory results
    • Comply with data integrity and security requirements
    • Insert customer and account data from source documents within time limits
    • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities
    • Review data for accuracy and make corrections when necessary
    • Research and gather information for missing or incorrect data
    • Respond to queries for information and collect relevant files
    • Assist Accounts Payable, Sales, Portfolio, Underwriting and Concierge team when needed.
    • Adapt to changing work environments and perform other duties as assigned.
    • Employees must be working exclusively for Elderlife Financial Services unless approved by the Elderlife President.

    Experience:

    • Prefer three years of customer service and/or administrative experience.
    • Experience within a financial institution is desired.
    • Proven success working in a corporate team environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills including creative negotiating abilities.
    • Proficiency with data entry and ability to learn and utilize Salesforce and other Customer Relationship Management systems properly.
    • Experience in Word, Excel, Adobe, and the Google versions of these applications
    • DocuSign familiarity is preferred
    • Must be able to utilize Gmail services and inContact Agent Panel within Salesforce to conduct and answer calls daily.
    • Will be expected to navigate intranet to locate necessary documents needed to successfully complete tasks and review policies and procedures.
    • High School diploma is required.
    • College degree is preferred.
    • Work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Schedule: Monday to Friday with overtime availability

    Work Environment:

    Majority of the workday consists of sitting, screen time and handling incoming and outgoing phone calls inside a call center setting. The noise level in this work environment is usually moderate.
