CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
S.E.D. CSR WILL INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS TO HANDLE COMPLAINTS, PROCESS ORDERS, AND PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT AN ORGANIZATION’S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. GOAL IS TO DRIVE SALES AND REPRESENT FORTUNE 100 CLIENTS.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-NEW CUSTOMER ACQUISITION
-UPHOLD CLIENT AGREEMENTS - SHOW UP ON TIME, POSITIVE AND PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE/ATTITUDE
-DRIVE SALES
-WORK WITH CUSTOMERS TO FIND THE BEST SOLUTION FOR THEM
-COMPLETE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE (PAID) TRAINING 2-4 WEEKS
-ATTEND MEETINGS WITH HIGHER UPS TO REPORT STATS, LEARN NEW PROMOS, AND STRATEGIES
