Job Description

• Assist and/or administer medications as prescribed by physician to residents.
• Document all medication management related information.
• Notify RN/LPN of any negative medication reactions.
• Assist and/or manage all medication refills.
• Update records as necessary.
• Provide personal care and assist with ADLs.

Qualifications

• Must have Arizona Caregiver Certification
• Experience as a caregiver, we’ll train the rest!
• First Aid/CPR certified.
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidays
