WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A MANAGEMENT TRAINEE:

• Handle all customer issues in accordance with company policy while promoting a positive customer experience
• Have comprehensive knowledge of Marketing and Sales department's  daily processes and target goals
• Continuous knowledge of our company policies, protocols, and processes to grow our mission
• Help foster and create a cohesive, team-oriented environment while understanding and enforcing our cultural diversity
• meet the consumer's needs to Qualify, educate, and enroll individuals 
• Assist the management team in exceeding established goals for the branch by driving sales revenue and increasing customer retainment
• Adhere to compliance and training requirements to offer appropriate products
• Stay up to date on our client's products, services, and sales by participating in meetings, conferences, ZOOM calls, and networking events

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A MANAGEMENT TRAINEE:

• Experience in a leadership or coaching role preferred
• Business Related Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree preferred
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and written and verbal communication
• Focus on customer relationships,  and customer satisfaction
• Ability to take on a new or difficult task and learn from the experience, teach others, and apply next time
• Proven track record of selling and maintaining quality customer relationships
• Experience in public speaking  and ability to motivate others
• Must have the ability to communicate, present and persuade credibly and effectively
• Ability to delegation responsibilities
