Customer Service Representative
Silver Star Partners is seeking a Full Time Customer Service/ Sales Representative to join our fast and growing team
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining, growing, and supporting our current client base.
Understand and learn Silver Star Partners logistics which can include preparing quotes, order entry, and operations.
Provide solutions and educate clients on the Products & Services we our clients offer that can benefit their businesses.
Regularly coordinate and communicate with in-house departments such as management, HR, and the leadership team.
Provide Excellent Customer Service and professionalism.
Represent our clients in a positive and respectable manner.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Must follow all rules, procedures, and guidelines set forth by the company.
Qualifications:
Must be self-driven and willing to learn about new products and services.
Superb time management skills and able to work independently.
Excellent Interpersonal, Social, and Negotiating skills.
Need to be able to multi-task efficiently and be effective with their time.
Effective written & verbal communication skills for both client facing and colleagues.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, quick deadlines, and high energy environment.
