OVERVIEW

Quickly growing restaurant and real estate company seeks a top-notch HR Recruiter. We are aggressive, results-oriented, and focused on building a “rock star” team in Southern CA. Our 12-month goal is to grow from 500MM to 1Bn in assets. This is a privately owned company with a dedicated team and owner who built the business from the ground up. The primary work location will be our office in La Palma CA with some work from home.

We are looking for a talented individual to manage our full cycle recruitment, from assisting in defining (and marketing) the company’s attributes, identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Experience recruiting for the restaurant and real estate business from unit level to VP a strong plus.

You will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees. This is not “just a standard” recruiting role. It is for someone who has the desire to take on greater responsibility, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the grit to do what it takes to get the job done.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and update job descriptions

· Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)

· Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

· Screen incoming resumes and application forms

· Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

· Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests

· Advertise job openings on social media and job boards

· Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

· Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

· Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

· Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

REQUIREMENTS

· Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

· Experience with sourcing techniques

· Solid verbal and written communication skills

· Sound judgment

· BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field

ANNUAL SALARY: $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
