Personal/Executive Assistant/Organizer to prominent individual
Job Description
A highly prominent American family/Family Foundation seeks a special EA/PA for a member of the family and ultimately for the Foundation as well.
The ideal person for this role has a background/experience or education in Social work/teaching/mental health or similar type fields. The person should also have experience administratively in terms of “managing up “/getting someone organized/creating systems for them etc. We feel the person best suited to this role is a patient, confident, aspirational role model type who is comfortable in a mentor/guidance support role. Over time, the person hired will implement and oversee back-end structure to their primary support’s working and personal life. Once systems and structure is created, the role will transition into overall Foundation work as well.
HOURS: Flexible.
Monday- Friday (50% remote/50% in person either in Lincoln Square or Midtown office)
Salary: 115-130k base + 30-40% bonus, excellent benefits and 401k match
