Job Title: Sr Power Apss Developer

Job location - Dallas TX , Hybrid (3 days a week) , 6+ Months Contract

Pay Rate : $70- $80 per hour

As a PowerApps Engineer, you will utilize in-depth technical knowledge of PowerApps to help build documentation in several key areas: Canvas Apps, Model Apps, and Data verse. This role is responsible for understanding the developer environment, creating samples, documentation, and solutions for platforms and technologies supported by the business. This role will work in an “innovation lab” environment and collaborate with corporate executives to create application prototypes in a ‘build fast, fail fast’ environment.

The priority characteristic needed for the consultant is that they have a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power platform, not just the PowerApps branch. Also, they need to have the capabilities to evaluate the client's current state and then design/manage solutions. The Candidates should also have knowledge of working with Azure and understand the migration of data between all Microsoft platforms.

As a PowerApps Engineer, you will utilize in-depth technical knowledge of PowerApps to help build documentation in several key areas: Canvas Apps, Model Apps, and Data verse. This role is responsible for understanding the developer environment, creating samples, documentation, and solutions for platforms and technologies supported by the business. This role will work in an “innovation lab” environment and collaborate with corporate executives to create application prototypes in a ‘build fast, fail fast’ environment.

What you will do:

• Driving innovation / business transformation building Power App enterprise-level solutions including data model creation, process automation, report and dashboard development, and system configuration
• Create and maintain application solution documentation
• Assist in creating end-user and technical documentation
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders
• Collaborate with business customers to perform application testing needed to assure the desired functionality of the solutions meets the business requirements
• Assist in communicating new features released to users
• Responsible for developing PowerApps and model-driven apps (Power Automation, Power Virtual Agents, Cortana, Azure)
• Integrate Microsoft Flow/Power Automate into SharePoint
• Develop workflows that enhance the use of SharePoint
• Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues Requirements
• Experience in PowerApps Development (built least 4-5 and solved complex workflow problems)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Intermediate knowledge of Transact-SQL and MS SQL Server Management Studio
• Experience working with Business OR stakeholders

What you will bring to:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma/GED required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience developing solutions using PowerApps
• Experience with business process automation within Power Automation/Azure Logic App Service. Developing custom connectors is a plus
• 3 + years of experience in web development including JavaScript, Dynamics 365 APIs, CSS, and JSON
• Good understanding of relational database development and SQL experience
