    LW Consulting, Inc. is cuurently searching for an experienced Assisted Living Administrator with start up experience to assist our client in Frederick MD in opeining an Assisted Living/Memory Care community.  The identified individual could be considered for a permanent placment into the position following the interim assignment.

    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and certification:

    • Current and unencumbered Assisted Living certification in the state of Maryland
    • At least 2 years of experience running an Assisted Living residence in Maryland
    • Complete knowledge of the MD regulations for Assisted Living and the survey process for a start up community
    • The ability to work variable hours as needed to establish policies and procedures in preparation of the community having the initial inspection through opening
    • The ability to work as an independent contractor during the interim assignment.
