Job Description

Our Commercialization Services Co-op will receive immersive industry experience in the process of bringing medical device and consumer health products to market. This temporary opportunity includes: experiential learning of the medical device commercialization pathway, engagement with innovators developing novel medical devices as well as mentorship and advisement from commercialization experts. 

The Co-op will:

• Help medical device and consumer health product innovators overcome hurdles presented during the commercialization process
• Provide research and analysis to support commercialization consulting services
• Review and perform due diligence on new product ideas
• Participate in the development and execution of education initiatives in commercialization such as seminars, webinars, long and short form courses
• Engage in outreach activities to promote commercialization services

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will either have or are seeking a graduate degree and have an educational background in translational research, biomedical engineering, public health, health economics, or healthcare delivery and a strong interest in research and development, educational services, project management, marketing, business development, entrepreneurship and technology commercialization. Teaching and/or curriculum development experience is preferred.
