    Our company, Simbol Auto Glass, is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant with a vibrant and engaging personality to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to handling administrative tasks. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations for our auto glass company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Service- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution.

    • Appointment Scheduling- Manage and schedule appointments for auto glass repair and replacement services. Coordinate with customers and technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

    • Data Entry and Record Keeping- Maintain accurate records of customer information, service appointments, and billing details. Enter data into the company's database system and ensure information is up-to-date and organized.

    • Billing and Invoicing- Assist with billing and invoicing processes, including generating invoices processing payments, and reconciling accounts. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.

    • Inventory Management- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing orders for supplies, and organizing inventory storage areas. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials.

    • Office Management- Perform general office management tasks, including answering phones, sorting mail, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies. Keep the office environment clean, organized, and welcoming for staff and visitors.

    • Assist Management- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and completing other tasks to support company operations.

    Qualifications:

    -High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred. -Previous experience in administrative support or customer service roles preferred. -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. -Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications. -Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. -Prior experience in the automotive industry or related field is a plus.
