    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    Simon/Myers, a rapidly growing brand strategy and creative agency, is expanding its strategy practice and is searching for the right candidate to develop & execute quantitative research while providing transformative strategic analysis & insights.

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Embrace our strategy-fueled approach and mission to create true brand transformation.

    · Work with our clients drive quantitative research projects from end-to-end to achieve brand differentiation while supporting and helping to execute data audits & qualitative research initiatives.

    · Propose, develop and deploy appropriate quantitative methodologies while permorning expert analysis, data mining, and data visualization to answer relevant questions spanning brand health, sentiment, competitive performance, and engagement.

    · As needed, execute additional strategic tactics including data audits, in-depth interviews, and other initiatives with excellence.

    · Collaborate with strategists and clients to inform and satisfy clients’ business goals

    o Compile research, and creative into presentation decks including visuals (charts, infographics) that clearly and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders

    o Identify methods of research to be used in market studies, both quantitative and qualitative

    o Perform in-store and on-line competitive audits for client engagements

    o Measure effectiveness of creative concepts

    · Turn data inputs into strategic insights to drive growth for our clients

    · Collaborate closely with the Branding, Digital and Experiential Business Units

    · Participate on new business pitches by providing content and presentations

    · Help Simon/Myers further its thought leadership position by developing relevant business insights and snackable content for agency and industry publications and new business outreach.

     

    CORE COMPETENCIES

    · Expertise in quantitative and survey research methodologies (e.g. bias correction for surveys, survey sampling and design, significance testing, regression modeling, experimental design, causal inference with a survey outcome, shrinkage and regularization, designing and analyzing longitudinal panel surveys, behavior data analysis)

    · Competency in performing brand data analysis and qualitative research including interviews, moderator guide analysis, and screeners.

    · Experience building analytical models

    · Ability to perform in an egoless environment

    · Ability to relate to clients on a consultative level

    · Highly polished written, verbal, and creative presentation skills

    · Possession of a strong business acumen

    · Commitment to team success and successful relationships with peers, partners, and clients

    · Highly organized mindset, with exceptional attention to detail

    REQUIREMENTS

    · 3+ years’ experience as a subject matter expert

    • Moderate travel is required
    • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
