    Simpay is seeking a Customer Service Representative to tackle incoming requestions from customers and company representatives. This position assists customers with back-end updates, account changes, and general service inquiries. The ideal candidate thrives in building customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Answer inbound customer service inquiries pertaining to funding, statements, PCI compliance, rates, and fees, via phone and email
    • Manage DDA change requests and Notice of Cancellation bank changes
    • Assist customers in understanding the importance of being compliant and other general service inquiries
    • Assist in managing cancellations and rewrite accounts
    • Monitor weekly & statement follow-up calls; process returned statements
    • Additional tasks as assigned

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    This position is remote. Candidates must have the ability to work from home, in a space free from distractions and with the ability to have confidential conversations.

    This is a full-time position requiring at least 37.5 hours/week of work. The hours for this position are 10:00 am - 6:30 pm. There is no on-call or weekend hours required for this position. Training will require an adjusted schedule until completion.

    TRAVEL

    Travel to our headquarters in Trevose, Pa, or office in Sacramento, CA may be required for training and meetings.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 1-3 years of job experience
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook and telephone protocol
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)

    PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

    • Customer Service experience
    • Basic knowledge of payment processing industry or similar
    • Ability to make accurate, independent decisions based on data provided
    • Ability to work in team driven environment, yet able to work independently
    • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
    • Able to properly service our customers while maintaining a focus on reducing company exposure/loss
