Responsibilities: • Perform daily janitorial duties such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash • Secure building by locking doors once cleaning is complete • Report areas cleaned and make sure managers know if major repairs are needed • Refill consumable supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Communicate with our office when supplies are running low • Maintain a clean and orderly janitor supply closet • Learn the basics of cleaning chemicals and follow use instructions Qualifications: • Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic • Great physical health and stamina • Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite is required • At least 1 years of experience in janitorial services • Familiarity with cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
