Our company is a fast-growing debt relief start-up committed to helping individuals struggling financially. We recognize the effect recent events have had on our society and feel we have the opportunity and the responsibility to help people get on the road to becoming debt free. With over 10 years of combined industry experience, we are determined to provide solutions for consumers who find themselves burdened with debt.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking Debt Specialists who have a passion for helping people. The ideal candidate will spend their day educating, prequalifying, and presenting consumers with options and recommending solutions for becoming debt free. Once a consumer identifies the right fit, the Debt Specialist will complete an electronic enrollment process with the consumer.

LOCATION:

Office location is in the greater Los Angeles area with remote opportunities available.

HOURS:

This is a full-time position. Days and work hours are Monday through Friday with flexible shift start times during our normal business hours from 6 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (PST). Saturdays are optional with overtime pay during our busines hours: 7am-5pm (PST).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN THE IDEAL DEBT SPECIALIST:

• 2+ years of sales experience in the debt relief industry or relevant industries (student loan advisor, loan officer, banker, inside sales).

• A coachable individual who is open to utilizing our proven sales process to become successful.

• Prequalify and enroll clients based on their financial needs into a suitable program that will help them become debt free.

• Operate our state-of-the-art client relationship manager and phone software to reach qualified consumers via email, phone, and text.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

PAY: $36,000.00 - $131,530.00 PER YEAR
