KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate Welcome Calls and Customer Service Representation. 

GOAL: To empower sales representatives beyond their own capacity and be the bridge for knowledge & communication between clients and partners.

IMPORTANT SKILLS TO HAVE: 

1. Sales Support Knowledge (Preferred).
2. Customer Service Experience.
3. Database & CRM Management Skills.
4. Highly Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
5. Bilingual (Spanish Fluency MANDATORY).

DAY-TO-DAY TASKS:

• Welcome Call Facilitation
• Customer Service Helpline
• Site Survey &Installation Confirmation/Scheduling 
• Monthly/Quarterly metric-tracking Evaluations
• Weekly Pipeline Meeting with Team Leads & Installers
• Sales Support Helpline

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Driver's License.
• 18 yrs of age or older.
• Must be local, no remote work.
• Bilingual (Spanish Fluency Mandatory).
• High level of professionalism and positive attitude.
• Outgoing personality and intuitive problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills, ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
• Comfortable in a constantly changing environment and innovations of a start-up company.
• Full-Time Availability working between Monday-Saturday 8:00AM-10:00PM. (Morning/Night Shifts Available)
• Work hours will fluctuate based on responsibilities, time zones, and client needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Client-facing experience 
• Over the phone customer handling 
• Previous experience in Project Management
• Knowledge of solar and the solar installation process
