Relentlessly Source Deals via: a. CoStar, CREXI, LoopNet, and Reonomy b. Area Canvassing (mailers/phone calls) c. Building Relationships with Brokers to received opportunities for purchase, preferably off-market deals. 2. Manage Deal Flow meticulously via CRM updates. 3. Review Opportunities via ARGUS and Excel for Stress-Testing. 4. Conduct Due Diligence 5. Assess Market: Comparable, property value and condition, market trends 6. Assist in preparing Letters of Intent, Market Research, Review contracts, Intermediary between brokers, lawyers, accountants, transaction parties.
