    This is a hybrid role with 3 days in-office in West Palm Beach, FL, and 2 days WFH.

    Our client is a well-established and growing investment and wealth management firm serving ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, and institutional investors. They have around 140 employees with offices across the US including West Palm Beach. They manage over 30 billion in Assets

    ** Our client is** seeking a Client Advisor to join the West Palm Beach office – a newly opened location for the firm. You will work with the team to ensure that clients continue to receive a world-class experience. This exciting opportunity will pair the entrepreneurial spirit of opening a new office location with the established pedigree built through 20+ years as an industry-leading firm.

    Specifically, the Advisor will assist senior team members in implementing and maintaining clients’ investment and strategic plans. This may include overseeing the account opening and administration of client portfolios, preparing client meeting presentations, confirming trading and other investment activity, monitoring portfolios against asset allocation targets, working on ad-hoc projects, working with accountants and estate planners, and assisting with client inquiries and requests among other tasks.

    We are seeking candidates who are well-organized, energetic, and team-oriented. The right candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic who has excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This person must be willing to provide the highest level of client service, professionalism, and confidentiality. Furthermore, this person must be able to efficiently prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.

    **Qualifications **

    • Must have some exposure (1-2+ years) to / demonstrated interest in the Wealth Management / Investment (RIA) industry.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other related discipline
    • Interest in pursuing an advanced degree and or professional certification (CFA, CFP, etc.) preferred
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience with applications such as Addepar or RedBlack would be additive)
    • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
    • Analytical with a strong attention to detail; problem-solving effectively
    • High energy and highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
