    As an Inbound Sales and Marketing Specialist you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth, connect with customers and shape our client's future. You’ll support the entire new customer process, including lead development, content strategy, and new customer onboarding. This will include the execution of our inbound digital, social media, and content marketing efforts, as well as responsible for converting new customer and distribution leads into appointments through quickly building a rapport and personalized follow-up.

    The ideal candidate for this role is a creative, self-motivated team player who is detail oriented, possesses strong communication, and problem-solving skills, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, startup environment. The right person will be passionate about developing and tracking lead generation and online/offline marketing campaigns to ultimately increase our inbound marketing success.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Converts leads on the phone to enrollment bookings.
    • Manage inside sales process from lead to close, provide timely and accurate response and follow up through CRM system.
    • Maintain, develop, and execute inbound marketing campaigns.
    • Grow new marketing-qualified leads, by optimizing and converting site traffic through calls-to-action, blog posts, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
    • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company and industry.
    • Help distribute content that educates and drives consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
    • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years of inbound sales role and/or digital marketing experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field preferred
    • Ability to effectively utilize CRM / E-mail Service Providers and other sales/marketing automation tools
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Creative and persuasive writing skills
