This is a 100% Remote position based anywhere in the USA. Our client is a hyper-growth Health Tech company based in Austin, TX and this is a 6-month contract-to-hire role. 

We are looking for an Engineer to work alongside the Senior Salesforce professional in a growing organization that needs to improve its efficiency with Salesforce across the business. Along with configuration work, there is a significant backlog of tickets related to the Customer Experience organization that you will be working through. You will be working with JavaScript, Visualforce, and Lightning. Though Salesforce Development (APEX) skills would be nice to have they are not required.

Our client also has a CPQ project that will take around 3 months to ramp up and require upfront configuration and ongoing maintenance, and are looking to implement Pardot too.

AS THE SALESFORCE ENGINEER, YOU WILL...

• Implement and maintain Salesforce CPQ for the sales organization. 
• Work with our in-house Salesforce Engineer on a backlog of tickets mostly related to CX / Customer Experience. 
• Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects enhancements to existing solutions, and production issues reported by end users and stakeholders
• Provide system administration/customization support of Salesforce related to customized applications including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Salesforce and CPQ user permissions, security settings, workflow/flows, CPQ product, and price rules and approvals
• Configure Pardot within Salesforce for the Sales Organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Salesforce CPQ experience ideal but not a deal breaker
• Experience with ideally APEX, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning  
• Pardot experience is preferred too
