    This position can be based remote anywhere in the US (with travel) with a high preference for Austin, TX.

    Our client, an established company with a 25+ year track record in delivering customized ERP solutions with 150+ employees and 25MM+ in revenue and is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive – ERP with experience selling large scale ERP implementation projects into the public sector (state and local governments).  The Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) should possess not only outstanding sales experience, honed presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to consistently hit targets but the ability to communicate effectively at the Finance Leader / CFO level.

    Our client's business not only has strong in-house capabilities around functional ERP Solutions Design / Architecture but also the technical know-how and resources to tackle complicated integrations and customizations and the ability to fulfill on larger, complex contracts in-house. You will have the confidence of knowing that new business will be supported and fulfilled through additional in-house hires and expertise. 

    This is a green field business for our client in the US but they are an established player in other geographical markets. The potential opportunity they have to grow this business in the US is immense. They currently have some momentum with 4 RFP's in process in the US and their main priority is not necessarily sales quota driven but in the first 6-12 months you will develop a deep knowledge of our capabilities as well as a much better understanding of the landscape for potential customers, what a good customer looks like, and our own ability to successfully deliver solutions.     RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Work hand in hand with the GM of ERP to hit target sales goals and grow the business 3X over the next 3 years 
    • Help us gain an understanding of the landscape of potential customers and start to get an understanding of what a "good" customer looks like.
    • Produce and consistently manage a healthy pipeline with accurate next steps and close dates
    • Create and Generate SOWs to accurately encompass projects
    • Own the full life cycle of the sales process generating new leads to closing customer contracts. 
    • Sell to multiple levels of Finance decision maker within large, complex accounts
    • Maintain deal progress in company CRM systems and complete quarterly territory planning and deal closure forecasts

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5+ years experience selling Enterprise Financial ERP into the public sector (local government) and at ease interacting at the CFO level.  
    • SW Services sales experience and used to selling deals that are services-heavy and requiring heavy customization. 
    • Understands the nuances of public sector finance and their systems of accounting. 
    • Experience selling to local government entities such as counties, cities or utilities. Familiar with the RFP process.
    • Business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes and public sector decision making timelines. 
    • Interested in joining a smaller, scrappier company at the forefront of building a business in North America where you can make an outsize impact.
